Out of our retained fee, we pay one-third straight to the person we place — a bonus at their 90-day mark. It keeps them from getting cold feet or entertaining a counter-offer, so they’re far more likely to still be in the seat when day 90 arrives. It helps you, too: you may not need to put up a signing bonus at all — or, if you’d like, we’ll help you position it as one, paid through us. We’re retained, so we’re glad to.
